Namma Uru
- Prologue + Acts I and II (20 missions)
- Seshadripuram, Koramangala and Indiranagar, fully open
- All gigs, side quests and activities in all three
- Guest play, no sign-up needed
Three areas and the first part of the story are free. Each of the other seventeen areas costs ₹199, or ₹1,999 for all of them. A cosmetic shop sells outfits and liveries, and once there's an audience, in-world billboards are sold to startups and corporates. All prices on this page are proposals for discussion.
Cosmetics only, at fixed rupee prices. No loot boxes, no random draws and nothing that makes you stronger. Outfits and liveries matter more once multiplayer arrives, because your friends can see them.
Kurta and chappals, a startup fleece vest, monsoon raincoats, college-fest tees, wedding-season silk and a full "Bangalore Bro" kit.
Truck-art paint jobs, film-poster wraps, neon nights and area-pride designs for your auto.
Scooter and bike skins, painted helmets, delivery-bag designs and custom horns.
Collars, raincoats and festival bandanas for your indie dog.
Posters, fairy lights and furniture for your PG room, and signboards for the businesses you own.
Phone covers, ringtones, the head wobble, the "swalpa adjust maadi" shrug and other emotes for multiplayer.
Play to unlock a themed set: monsoon, cricket, Dasara lights, New Year on Brigade. Cosmetic only, no timers that punish you.
Real brands from the ad whitelist can sell or give away outfits and liveries. Sold as advertising, clearly labelled.
| Stream | Role | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Areas and passes | Core | ₹199 areas, All-Access and Lifetime. The free acts end on a cliffhanger, and every new area adds billboard space too. |
| In-world billboards | Core, after audience | Hoardings, shop fronts and bus-stop ads inside the city, sold to startups and corporates. More areas means more slots. |
| In-game shop | Steady, grows with multiplayer | Outfits, liveries, helmets, decor, emotes and a season track. Cosmetics sell best when friends can see them. |
| Sponsored gigs and weekends | Upside | A brand sponsors a delivery gig, or pays to make an area free for a weekend. |
| Office and college leagues | Upside, later | Companies and colleges pay for private leagues, team events and branded areas in multiplayer. |
| Hiring boards | Upside | Startups put "Now hiring" boards in tech parks, with a careers link from the pause menu. |
| Merch and collabs | Later | Auto-art tees, a Kanglish phrasebook and a soundtrack. |
Ads live inside the world as hoardings, shop fronts and radio spots, never as pop-ups. The audience is students and young professionals on laptops, the people Bengaluru startups and employers want to reach.
Measured views. A billboard view counts only when it is within range, on screen, not blocked and visible for at least a second. Advertisers get a self-serve dashboard with daily views per slot.

Static or rotating, at junctions and flyovers. Priced per month or per thousand views.
A branded café or co-working space the player can walk into.
Deliveries for a real D2C brand, with the brand's permission and look.
Parody-style audio ads between songs.
"Whitefield free this weekend, presented by…"
Clearly labelled outfits and liveries from whitelisted brands, sold or given away in the shop.
Tech-park boards with a careers link.
Startups and corporates only. No gambling, no low-quality advertisers. This protects the brand, keeps the game safe for advertisers and keeps us on the right side of Indian law.
Illustrative only. These are not forecasts. They show which numbers matter. Assume 5,00,000 players finish the free acts in year one and paying players spend ₹600 on average across areas, passes and the shop.
| Scenario | Pay conversion | Paying players | Player revenue, year 1 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low | 2% | 10,000 | ₹60 lakh |
| Mid | 5% | 25,000 | ₹1.5 crore |
| High | 8% | 40,000 | ₹2.4 crore |
Ads: 20 billboard slots at ₹25,000 a month, once the audience exists, would add about ₹60 lakh a year. Every new area adds more slots.
Running costs stay small: hosting is ₹0-3,000 a month before traction, and an AI NPC reply costs about ₹0.01-0.04.
Before tax and payment fees. 18% GST on digital services and gateway fees of about 2% would come off these figures; both still need checking.
